- Orders ship within 3-5 business days.

Returns & Exchanges
- Online purchases only. Items bought in retail stores or other websites cannot be returned to BuMama.com.
- Items must be unused, in new condition, with the original invoice.
- Returns or exchanges must be requested within 7 days of receipt.
- Exchanges must be for items of equal or greater value.
How to Request a Return
Email info@BuMama.com or call 424-425-4789 for a Return Authorization Number. Provide:
- Your contact information
- Item number and description
- Original invoice number
We’ll send return instructions and your Return Authorization Number by email or phone. Write this number on your invoice and the outside of your package.
Shipping Your Return - Ship items as soon as you receive your Return Authorization Number.
- Use a traceable carrier and secure packaging.
- Return shipping costs are paid by the customer.
- BuMama is not responsible for returns lost or damaged in shipping.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days. We’ll replace the item and cover all related shipping costs. Please still obtain a Return Authorization Number first.

How many loads does one box make?
Each box contains 20 sheets. Each sheet is designed for one full load, giving you 20 loads per box. For smaller loads, you can tear a sheet in half for 40 half-loads.
Is CIRRUS safe for sensitive skin?
Yes. CIRRUS sheets are hypoallergenic and formulated with phthalate-free, clean ingredients. They are free from synthetic dyes. If you have specific sensitivities, please review the full ingredient list.
Will the sheet dissolve completely?
Yes. CIRRUS sheets dissolve completely in
all water temperatures — hot, warm, and cold. No residue is left on your clothes or in
your machine.
Is CIRRUS safe for HE (high-efficiency) washing machines?
Yes. CIRRUS is compatible with all standard and HE washing machines.
Is the packaging plastic-free?
Yes. CIRRUS packaging is plastic-free. The sleeve and box are designed to minimize environmental impact.

Can I use CIRRUS for delicates or hand washing?
For delicates, dissolve half a sheet in a basin of water before adding your garments. We recommend checking care labels for very delicate fabrics.
