- Let the Wax Pool: Allow the top layer of wax to melt and pool to the edges to avoid tunneling. This ensures an even burn and maximizes the candle's fragrance release.
- Trim the Wick: Before each burn, trim the wick to ¼ inch. Long or crooked wicks can cause uneven burning, dripping, or flaring.
- Burn Time: Do not burn a candle for more than 4 hours at a time. After 4 hours, allow the candle to cool for 2 hours before relighting.
- Keep It Clean: Ensure the wax pool is free from wick trimmings, matches, or any other flammable materials.
- Candle Storage: Store candles in a cool, dark, and dry place. Avoid direct sunlight.
- Avoid Drafts: Do not burn candles in drafty areas, as this can cause uneven burning, smoking, and diminished burn time.
- Candle Placement: Ensure candles are placed on a stable, heat-resistant surface. This helps prevent heat damage to underlying surfaces and prevents glass containers from breaking.

Our Wooden Wicks

Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days. We’ll replace the item and cover all related shipping costs. Please still obtain a Return Authorization Number first.
