Returns & Exchanges
- Online purchases only. Items bought in retail stores or other websites cannot be returned to BuMama.com.
- Items must be unused, in new condition, with the original invoice.
- Returns or exchanges must be requested within 7 days of receipt.
- Exchanges must be for items of equal or greater value.
How to Request a Return
Email info@BuMama.com or call 424-425-4789 for a Return Authorization Number. Provide:
- Your contact information
- Item number and description
- Original invoice number
We’ll send return instructions and your Return Authorization Number by email or phone. Write this number on your invoice and the outside of your package.
Shipping Your Return - Ship items as soon as you receive your Return Authorization Number.
- Use a traceable carrier and secure packaging.
- Return shipping costs are paid by the customer.
- BuMama is not responsible for returns lost or damaged in shipping.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days. We’ll replace the item and cover all related shipping costs. Please still obtain a Return Authorization Number first.
